WALKING TOUR WITH BOWERY BOYS WALKS: BOB DYLAN’S GREENWICH VILLAGE

September 26 2025

The first place Bob Dylan came to when he arrived in NYC was Washington Square / Greenwich Village. He knew THIS was where IT was happening. During the early part of his career, virtually every gig and every connection he made was in the area around the Square. We’ll take a wander around the perimeter of the park and nearby streets to see the clubs that helped make Bob and many others world famous. We’ll visit 10 spots you may have walked past and never realized their significance in American music history, and you’ll learn the story of how Bob was discovered and became one of our most beloved musical heroes. The tour ends on the famous Jones Street, two blocks from the Square, down the block from Bob’s home, where the cover of the iconic Freewheelin’ album was taken on a cold February morning in 1963. So join us for a stroll down musical memory lane!

Registration required – opening soon!

Please note – maximum of two per party. This is a free tour, so please email craig@boweryboyspodcast.com if you can’t make it, so we can offer the space to someone else.
