“Double Tales” is a free environmental portrait shoot event with a pre-staged Chinese landscape(Beihai Park) background in Washington Square Park, presented by NYC Artist Corps grantee Ni Ouyang.  The double backgrounds symbolize a cultural integration of the two nations that burst a new tale from the perspective of an immigrant. Participants will be invited to take portraits in front of the double background and Ni will make all the photos as a photographic typology art piece afterwards.
