Get ready for Tai Chi Fridays brought to you by Greenwich House Senior Centers with instructor Ken Gray! Tai Chi is an excellent way to meditate while gently increasing flexibility and balance. Classes are free and open to all.
Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
