Florence Carala and her lover, Julien Tavernier are planning to kill her wealthy husband Simon–Julien’s boss–and make it look like a suicide. Their plan, however, gets sidetracked when Tavernier gets trapped in an elevator when leaving the scene of the crime. This then sets off a chain of events the will eventually seal the fate of their lives during one restless night in Paris.
