Kids can join in the yoga fun as they stretch and move to songs, rhymes, and more with Sacred Sounds Yoga. Foster creativity, cooperation, and confidence in a safe environment where all kids are perfect just the way they are! Please bring your own yoga mat.

Across from large playground, free and open to all.

Adults must be present throughout the class.
