Barre in the Park (inside!)

Looking to add some stretch to your day? We’re partnering with Bar Method NoHo to bring you a free virtual barre class! Screen Shot 2020-07-08 at 1.20.03 PMBarre provides stretching and strength building through fundamental ballet movements.

No previous ballet experience or special equipment needed to participate, although we do recommend a sturdy support (like the back of a chair or countertop) to use as a barre, light weights or weight substitutes (like water bottles, wine bottles, soup cans, etc), something to support your back during ab work (like a towel or pillow), and a strap substitute (like a belt, robe sash, etc.).

Join us* Wednesday evenings from 6pm-7pm.
